"I do not recommend this office at all. I've been having this insurance with this office since 2016 and the girls that were there before helped you with any concerns question etc... you had. The best one was Lety she knew what she was doing and will always help you out BUT the girls that are there now all they do is seat there and warm up their chairs and don't help you at all now they can't even give you an answer to any questions you have. Their the worst people you can ask question to they never have a answer and they tell you they will call you back and never do!!!! I'm so disappointed with this office nothing like before."

"Esmeralda is a very knowledgeable employee to go to! She carries herself very well and it is obvious that she knows what she’s talking about. I appreciated how she easily explained things for me to understand and wasn’t in a hurry to get me out the door. I once visited State Farm to ask a question about a situation I was in and I arrived very last minute, right when they were about to close. However, Daniela was willing to help me get all my questions answered. I did not feel rushed and I appreciated Daniela’s patience the entire time. She’s really good at her job and I would recommend her to any other customer."

She's a 5 star out of all the other girls that's work there she's the only one I always ask for cause she knows the answer to everything and if she doesn't she will always help you out the most she can. "I came in to this office at 9am and they told me that the lady wasn’t there to help me, and that I had to wait for her until 9:30am she actually showed up at 10am! Their office is supposedly open from 9-5 but there is no one there to help at 9!! When she arrived at 10 am she wasn’t happy to greet me, she asked my name and my car info and said my car insurance would be 160$ a month. Didn’t say for what coverage and what that would include. Worse service ever it was not worth the wait. I got AAA instead! I Wouldn’t recommend them at all go to another office!!"
